3. Intellectual Property

Confidential Information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully obtained from a third party without restriction. These confidentiality obligations survive termination of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Huang Ya Technology Co., Ltd. and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Website
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If the Dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts in Hubei Province, China.
